Ashley Turner presents two yoga programmes designed to help relieve stress and increase flexibility. Filmed in a lush location overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Turner demonstrates how to carry out the routines physically but also emphasises the mental side of yoga. She argues that a calm and relaxed mind will help reduce physical tension and that the same is true in reverse: stretching and extending the muscles to improve flexibility can provide an outlet for stress and anxiety.
