Catholic Charismatic Renewal Movement: It's Influence in the Christian Spiritual Life

Soon after the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit came upon his disciples and strengthened them to be the bold witnesses of Jesus. They were no longer afraid of worldly powers because they have received the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost. They could even have the courage to die for Christ. We know from the history that, most of them are brutally killed during the days of persecution. During the time of apostles all the Christian believers were gathered together for prayer and worship in the secret rooms, as a result, they all experienced the presence and the fruit of Holy Spirit in their lives.Soon after the second Vatican council, a new movement emerged in the Catholic community that was charismatic renewal movement.In order to have a clear understanding about charismatic movement the topic of my choice was 'Catholic charismatic renewal movement; its influence in the Christian spiritual life.'
