The series has an optimal weight and balance that fits comfortably in the hand. - The super-sharp 5Cr15MoV stainless steel blade is extremely resistant to corrosion and other stresses. - The handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), which is characterised by a very hard surface. - The handle is attached with three through steel rivets. - Avoid washing the knives in the dishwasher.
